Luncheon honoring Susan B. Anthony

On Wednesday, February 14 Ukrainian FCU employees and honored guests joined the larger Rochester-area community in celebrating Susan B. Anthony’s and Frederick Douglass’s birthdays. The event featured guest speakers including journalist and author Elaine Weiss and dignitaries including Monroe County Executive Cheryl DiNolfo and Lieutenant Governor of the State of New York Kathy Hochul. The luncheon also celebrated Susan B. Anthony’s and Frederick Douglass’s accomplishments, reminds us of their unfinished work, and challenges us to carry on their torch. Ukrainian FCU proudly sponsored the event.
