Underwritting Process

Items needed for the underwriting process for Commercial trucks and equipment loans UNDER $50,000:

  • Commercial loan application fully completed
  • Personal financial statement
  • Bank statements for the last 2 months for all personal and business accounts
  • Income verification for the last 2 months – copies of paystubs/paychecks or Profit and Loss statement
  • Individual Federal Tax returns (signed) for most recent year, including 1099’s or W-2’s
  • Business Federal Tax returns (signed) for most recent year (if applicable)
  • Existing truck and trailer list, with any loans against equipment noted, including monthly payments
  • Employment history form fully completed for past 10 years
  • Copy of invoice (or Bill of Sale) for vehicle, signed by both parties
  • Copy of Title for equipment being purchased (Salvaged Title cannot be accepted)

  • Commercial loan application fully completed
  • Personal financial statement

  • Individual Federal Tax returns (signed) for most recent three (3) years, including 1099’s or W-2’s

Pay Your UFCU Loan

Pay your UFCU loans online with credit cards or eChecks from other financial institutions!

As a UFCU member you have the option to pay your UFCU loans with credit cards that are issued by other banks or credit unions. You may also pay directly from your checking and savings accounts from other banks or credit unions.

  • Loan payments can be made online from any electronic device with internet access.
  • Recurring payments can be scheduled.
  • Fixed convenience fee* for all payments (maximum dollar limit per transaction is $1,000).
