The U.S. federal government has approved another round of funding. We will continue to work around the clock to process existing PPP loan applications and ensure every loan is prepared for immediate submission.

If you are experiencing hardships directly related to COVID-19 / Coronavirus, including making payments on loans, contact us at 877-968-7828 or call your local branch.
What prompted Ukrainian FCU to take these measures?
The health and well-being of our members and employees is our top priority. We are instituting these measures in an effort to mitigate the risk exposed to our employees and the community. We believe these measures are necessary precautions that ensure UFCU is prepared and organized to continue our normal business operations while COVID-19 / Coronavirus is a threat in the communities we serve.
What is UFCU doing in its branches and offices to keep the environment disinfected?
All open UFCU branches are cleaned daily. We ensure that all service areas members may come in contact with are disinfected on a daily basis. We will also have hand sanitizer and tissues available in all of our branches and offices for member use.
What if I do not feel comfortable visiting the branch and I need to perform a transaction?
For remote access to UFCU account/s online and mobile banking is available 24/7, and we’re just a phone call away should you need to speak with someone about your account/s at (877) 968-7828. We encourage all members to use our online and mobile banking platforms. Many applications and transactions may be completed and performed from the comforts of your home, such as:

  • Mobile deposit
  • Loan applications
  • Mortgage applications
  • Account opening
  • Check ordering
  • Review your debit/credit card transactions
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer money (internal and external)
  • View account balance and history

In addition to the changes in our branch operations, we will implement changes in our policies related to fees:

For the next 30 days:

  • Waiving NSF (non-sufficient funds) and ODP (overdraft protection) fees
  • Waiving late fees
  • Waiving early withdrawal penalty fees
  • Waiving fees for early redemption on share certificate accounts
  • Increasing ODP limits for individuals up to $750.
  • Increasing ODP limits for businesses up to $1,000.
  • Increasing ACH limits
  • Increasing Mobile Deposit limits to $5,000/day and $50,000/month
  • Increasing online external transfer limits to $10,000/day and $50,000/month
  • Contribute to your church by email/phone

We encourage all members to use our online and mobile banking platforms. Many applications and transactions may be completed and performed from the comforts of your home, such as:

  • Loan applications
  • Mortgage applications
  • Account opening
  • Check ordering

The health and safety of our members, employees, and communities are very important to us. While our branches are open and remain fully operational, we want you to know what we’re doing to maintain a comfortable banking experience inside of
our branches, and also let you know of various digital resources that are available to you.

We are actively taking precautionary measures to help keep our UFCU team, members, and surrounding communities healthy and informed as cases of COVID-19 / Coronavirus are reported in the U.S. According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) the immediate health risk from COVID-19 is still considered low (read more).

We encourage everyone to practice preventative measures:

  • Clean your hands often.
  • Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough using a tissue or your arm/sleeve.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • Avoid contact with sick people.

Employees of the Credit Union have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our branches, particularly in high-touch areas.

For your convenience and the health of all those who visit our branches, hand sanitizers and/or disinfectant wipes are available at our teller stations and member service desks. If you are sick, especially with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please consult a medical professional. Employees are also being encouraged to stay home should any symptoms become evident.
