We’re saddened to announce the passing of Wolodymyr “Mirko” Pylyshenko, a former Ukrainian FCU Board Member, Chairman, Honorary Board Member, Library Director, as well as a very important figure in the Rochester Ukrainian community. We join those in mourning here in the U.S. as well as in Ukraine.
