Ukrainian FCU headquartered in Rochester, NY held its 67th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 9:00 AM ET in the Community Room of the Credit Union’s Main Office.

The meeting was streamed live via Facebook. After Pledge of Allegiance, prayer and a moment of silence to honor deceased members, UFCU officials presented their reports.

After conclusion of the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors held their organizational meeting. There were no changes to the Board composition.

The UFCU Board of Directors 2020-2021:

 

Wasyl Kornylo – President & Board Chairman

Barbara Gutierrez – Treasurer

Bohdan Zakharchyshyn – Assistant Treasurer

Dr. Evhen Lylak – Secretary

Yaroslav Fatyak – Vice President/Assistant Secretary

Tamara Denysenko – Board Member

Richard Harris – Board Member
