Branch manager teaches financial basics to new immigrants

As part of our 65 acts of kindness, Portland & Vancouver Regional Branch Manager, Oleksandr Moskal, held a financial education class for new Ukrainian immigrants at the Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) center. Oleksandr plans to host one more class in November and two more in December. The IRCO center prides itself on its programming for newcomers to the United States and the state of Oregon, and we’re proud to be part of the effort in helping people become self-sufficient.
